Our Class Formats

Kore Barre Traditional
A full-body, low-impact workout that combines ballet, yoga, pilates, and strength training movements. Using small, pulsing movements that focus on form, alignment, and core engagement. This class incorporates high reps to help strengthen and sculpt muscles, including those that are deeper in the body and aren't usually targeted by other exercises.

Kore Sweat
An interval training class that mixes cardio, body weight, & strength training exercises with a variety of equipment. With a different workout each class. This class is designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. This class is for individuals looking for a bigger push than a regular traditional barre class.

Kore Fusion
This class incorporates exercises from pilates, yoga, and barre workout styles. This class will have a deep focus on core strength. Emphasizing moves that will tone, stretch and elongate muscles. Join us for this all in one fusion class for a great overall body workout.

Kore Barre Step
This Class is a barre meets step class. It's a fast paced 45min class with low impact cardio, sculpting moves, & strength training.
